    Upon walking in, it is an adorable little house with tables and chairs. The owner that checked me out was in a bit of a rush and didn't greet me. It was okay because I could tell that she was a hot mess. One hot mess to another.
    I noticed that they sell local items that are handmade with love!

    I didn't dine in due to the reviews I read about the restaurant. Although, I picked up my Togo!

    I purchased the hot brown and boy oh boy was it good. But to not come with a side and it was the small size it was... I was disappointed on paying what I did along with the fact I wasn't even full. It's very small and I am not sure if that's in the restaurant as well or only if you order Togo.

    Not the best experience but willing to give it a try if I ever get through my list of new places to go!!

    Come in and stay awhile. Homemade desserts and the best hot brown in town. Sandwiches made with homemade bread. Bourbon sauce on Bread Pudding a favorite. Moving soon to Taylorsville KY. Stop in before March 23rd for a taste of Southern hospitality in an old historical home full of charm.

    The food here is absolutely delicious! I wish they were open for dinner. I had the hot brown and it was amazing!

    small local diner ran a husband and wife team.  everything is homemade except for pickles and chips.  really good food, desserts, rolls and friendly service.  If you get there when they open there is normally no wait but around noon she gets busy.  There are only about 10 tables so you may want to make reservations.

    One of my new favorite places to visit when I'm in Louisville! The food is amazing! The service is fantastic and the price is super reasonable!

    Today I had the cranberry-pecan chicken salad on a croissant. Super delicious!

    The ambiance is casual and it was a great place for the group of ladies I was with to have great conversation.
